Population
            a) What’s the population of the country?

Egypt has a population of around 84.55 million people.
            b) Where do the people live in this country?  Rural areas?  Urban areas?  What are some of the major cities and their populations?
Most of the population in Egypt live around the Nile River and Mediterranean Sea. The most populated cities are Alexander, Cairo and Al Jizah. These cities are all located in the north eastern part of Egypt. Most people live close to the Nile or shore because it is close to the water supply. It provides many resources for a healthy civilization: drinking water, fertile land, and food.
